Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; program management experience.
• Ability to manage intake, assignments, documentation, and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Title IX, Code of Conduct, and related processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides case-management support for Employee Relations investigations.
• Maintains confidential, audit-ready files and generates routine correspondence.
• Tracks deadlines, case status, and prepares reports for leadership.
• Coordinates notices, timelines, and interview materials for investigations.
• Supports FOIA/public-records requests and data-quality improvement.
