Job summary

This hybrid position in Employee Relations supports organizational culture and provides guidance on corrective actions, training, and consistent policy application across MU Health Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience conducting workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prompt and objective investigations into employee allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy or law violations. Gather facts by interviewing complainants, respondents, and witnesses while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare clear, concise investigation summaries and final reports; maintain secure records and coordinate with HR leadership on corrective actions.
• Communicate investigation outcomes to involved parties and provide guidance on resolution, policy interpretation, and training for leaders on employee relations practices.
