Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of experience conducting workplace or similar investigations, preferably in a healthcare, academic, or similarly complex organization.

Responsabilités

• Conductprompt and objective investigations into employee allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and violations of employment policy or law. Investigates complaints received through the compliance and ethics hotline involving HR practices, leadership conduct, or workplace environment concerns. Interviews complainants, respondents, and witnesses to gather relevant facts.
• Prepares clear, concise, and well-documented investigative summaries and final reports. Maintains accurate, secure, and confidential records of all investigative activities. Organizes and facilitates meetings with HR leadership and stakeholders to review investigative findings and provide guidance on potential corrective action options consistent with organizational policies and practices.
• Communicates investigation outcomes to involved parties in a timely and professional manner providing guidance on resolution processes, policy interpretation, or corrective measures as appropriate. Develops and delivers training for leaders on employee relations practices, workplace conduct expectations, and HR policies.
