Job summary

The Arizona Supreme Court is seeking an Admissions Specialist to evaluate applicants for admission, verify documents, and issue notices. The role includes handling policy guidance, maintaining the Unit's website, and supporting large bar-exam programs with coordination and proctoring.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong written and oral communication, and the ability to manage confidential records in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in database utilization, word processing, internet search and website management.
• Strong research, tracking and analytical skills; ability to manage confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Assess applicants against admission standards.
• Review and verify supporting documents; record in Unit's database.
• Prepare and issue notices, deficiency notices, and certifications.
• Assist with policies, website maintenance, and archive management.
• Support large programs (bar exams); coordinate on-site tasks and proctoring.
