Job summary

MBRAUN LLC seeks an Electrical Designer or Drafter to join the Electrical and Software Department at our Stratham, NH HQ. You will design and support glovebox and industrial control solutions, working with engineers across North America and Europe.

The role requires hands-on CAD work, familiarity with UL508A/NEC standards, and strong problem-solving skills. Occasional travel (<5%) and English proficiency are expected; German skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing small to medium-sized automation systems
• 3-5 years in the industry
• Experience with electrical diagram CAD software and reading electrical diagrams
• Detail-oriented with strong technical aptitude
• Knowledge of UL508A, NEC and related standards; UL508A certification a plus
• Demonstrated ability to design industrial control systems using CAD tools
• Knowledge of instrumentation spec, installation, troubleshooting, and control panel design
• Troubleshooting equipment and instruments during start-up and testing

Responsibilities

• Design electrical controls systems for industrial equipment and glovebox solutions
• Develop concepts, specifications, design engineering, documentation and project implementation
• Plan schedules and budgets with project leadership and manage change orders
• Provide solutions and technical advice to leadership and customers; coordinate with global teams
