Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX business, seeks an Electrical Engineer II in Aguadilla, PR for a hybrid role in the Mission Systems organization. You will design PCB and analog/digital hardware, collaborate with diverse teams, and ensure compliance with AS9100 quality processes.

You must reside in Puerto Rico at start; relocation is not offered. The position follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
• English communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCB design tasks: requirements review, schematic development, documentation, and basic signal integrity.
• Support hardware test plans and assist hardware integration and troubleshooting.
• Design, verify, and test analog/digital hardware with guidance from senior engineers.
• Collaborate with power, digital, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams.
• Follow AS9100 quality processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Communicate technical information clearly in writing and speaking.
• Maintain organization and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
