CSP Innovations, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Environmental Health & Safety professional to lead safety programs across multiple facilities in the Huntington/Ohio area.

The role requires directing EH&S activities, policy development, training, and incident investigations to improve safety metrics. The position emphasizes compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, coordination with HR and Operations, and leadership of the Joint Health and Safety Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, Ergonomics, and risk assessment.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Health, Safety, and Environmental experience, preferably in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Industrial Ergonomics and MS Office programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead EH&S activities with leadership, training, and communication.
• Develop and implement Health & Safety policies and programs.
• Coordinate safety training for all employees (Safety, Fire Prevention, Loss Control).
• Investigate injuries/illnesses, analyze data, and support management with counter-measures.
• Oversee Worker's Compensation program to minimize injuries and costs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA, RCRA, DOT, Fire Codes; liaise with OSHA reps.
• Co-chair Joint Health and Safety Committee and coordinate actions.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and establish measurable standards.
• Coordinate emergency evacuation procedures and drills.
• Prepare and manage environmental programs for air, land, water, hazardous waste; recycle initiatives.
• Serve as ISO 14001 and Corporate Health and Safety Policies representative.
• Report on safety stats, lead safety committee.
