Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and supporting software.
• Proficient with JIRA and Ivanti for ticketing.
• Advanced Windows knowledge; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with development team to ensure seamless HL7 integration and support.
• Manage and maintain EHR and practice management systems for optimal, secure operation.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, program, and admin staff to document business requirements.
• Provide ongoing EHR support, updates, troubleshooting, data accuracy, and HIPAA-compliant security.
• Collaborate with developers/administrators to resolve issues and enhance platform performance.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups for data integrity.
• Provide technical end-user support and interface with vendor Support Teams for issues.
• Assist trainers with clinic staff training for efficient EHR use.
• Analyze clinical workflows to identify optimization opportunities in the EHR system.
• Generate and analyze reports to support clinical/admin decision-making.
• Provide advanced Windows troubleshooting for software and cloud platform.
• Communicate with customers to understand issues and provide timely solutions.
• Create clear JIRA tickets for developers/administrators.
• Ensure IT security best practices and company policies are followed.
• Use REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger for testing/documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.
