Job summary

Interon IT Solutions is seeking an IT EHR Enterprise Business Analyst for a hybrid Atlanta role. The candidate will analyze clinical workflows, document requirements, and support EHR/platform integrations with HL7 standards. 10+ years experience preferred.

The role requires collaboration with clinical and technical teams, strong security focus, and ability to troubleshoot Windows and cloud-based EHR systems in a healthcare setting. Local GA candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years supervisory experience, or Associate's with 3 years related experience incl. supervisory duties.
• 3+ years supporting EHR and Practice Management systems in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with system implementation, configuration, and support.

Responsibilities

• Work with development team to ensure HL7 integration and support.
• Manage and maintain EHR and practice management systems securely.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Provide ongoing EHR support, updates, troubleshooting, and HIPAA-compliant data security.
• Analyze clinical workflows to identify optimization opportunities within the EHR.
• Generate and analyze reports to support clinical and admin decisions.
• Provide Windows troubleshooting and IT platform support.
• Communicate with customers to understand issues and provide timely solutions.
• Create clear JIRA tickets for developers and admins.
