Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of administrative or project coordination experience or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sound judgment.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google, and calendaring platforms.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, or educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department-wide projects and strategic initiatives under the Project Manager.
• Plan and execute departmental programs, meetings, workshops, and events.
• Manage logistics: scheduling, room reservations, catering, printing, communications.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and action items; ensure timely completion.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for programs such as STRIQE, LIFTT, ASE, Education Cabinet.
• Support NBME processes, clerkship evaluations, and VSLO processes as needed.
