Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of admin/coordination experience or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience coordinating meetings, events, or educational programs
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department-wide projects and strategic initiatives under the Project Manager
• Plan and execute departmental programs, meetings, workshops, and events with logistics and materials
• Provide admin and logistical support for education programs and initiatives (STRIQE, LIFTT, ASE, Education Cabinet)
• Support daily operations of the Surgery Education Office and cross-train for Undergraduate Medical Education Liaison
• Manage scheduling, NBME/exam processes, calendars and program documentation to ensure compliance
