Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, seeks an Education Professional Development Supervisor to lead district-level PD initiatives in a hybrid, full-time role. You will manage PD programs, build partnerships with school leaders, oversee budgets, and ensure timely delivery of services to maximize student outcomes.

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, travel to multiple school sites, and support Title funding utilization while maintaining strong records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or business required; Master's degree preferred.
• FL teaching certificate.
• Experience managing teams.
• Fiscal and budgetary management experience.
• Willingness to travel between multiple school sites.
• Knowledge of K-12 education trends and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact regarding all Professional Development (PD) for assigned school partners and maintain knowledge of the Catapult PD Catalog.
• Establish and maintain relationships with school administration, PD Specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the sale and delivery of tailored PD and ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewal.
• Support schools on Title I, II, III, IV funding and maintain accurate funding records.
• Coordinate all PD events and provide necessary documentation to districts.
• Monitor program success and report updates to management and leadership.
• Perform fiscal responsibilities including budgeting and forecasting.
