Job summary

Catapult Learning, Inc. is hiring an Education Professional Development Supervisor in a hybrid, full-time role based in Miami. You will lead professional development programs, build relations with school partners, and manage budgets and events to ensure high-quality instruction and program success.

The ideal candidate has a background in education or business, a teaching certificate, and proven experience in team leadership and budget management, with willingness to travel across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or business required; Master’s degree preferred.
• FL teaching certificate.
• Experience managing teams.
• Fiscal and budgetary management experience.
• Willingness to travel between multiple school sites.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication (Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Excel).
• Knowledge of current K-12 education trends.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact regarding all Professional Development (PD) and Parent Involvement for assigned school partners.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with school administration, PD Specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the sale and delivery of tailored PD and ensure contract renewal through ongoing communication.
• Support schools with Title I/II/III/IV funding spenddown and accurate tracking.
• Participate in consultation calls to discuss PD opportunities and prepare for sessions.
• Perform fiscal responsibilities including budget management, expense tracking, and forecasting.
• Provide leadership and support to onsite and virtual PD Specialists; conduct field observations and training.
• Monitor success of the Professional Development Program through evaluations and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate HR/recruiting for PD specialists (selection, onboarding, training, retention).
• Maintain records related to PD Specialist functions and events with proper documentation.
• Coordinate PD events and liaise with districts for submissions and follow-ups.
• Report customer service, program challenges, and updates to the team.
• Attend meetings as scheduled by Manager/Director/Vice President.
