Catapult Learning in Miami, FL is seeking an Education Professional Development Supervisor to lead the design and delivery of professional development for K-12 educators. This full-time, hybrid role combines on-site school partnerships with virtual coaching, and requires strong leadership and program management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or business field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• FL teaching certificate.
• Experience managing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact regarding all Professional Development (PD) for assigned school partners.
• Coordinate the sale and delivery of tailored PD and ensure contract renewal.
• Support schools on Title I/II/III/IV funding and maintain records for funding sources.
• Provide leadership to onsite and virtual PD Specialists and conduct field observations.
• Monitor PD program success and prepare status updates for leadership.
