Catapult Learning, Lebanon, CT, seeks a Professional Development Coach to support educators and students with effective instructional strategies and professional development. The role offers opportunities to work year-round or in summer, full-time or part-time, within a national program that partners with numerous school districts.

You will guide teachers and implement engaging PD that enhances literacy, math, STEM, and blended learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (master’s degree preferred).
Experience teaching math, literacy, technology, or STEM.
Experience delivering professional development workshops to adults.
Experience working in blended learning classrooms.
Excellent communication skills.
Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

Host dynamic and collaborative planning conferences that unleash educator creativity.
Craft creative example lessons that captivate students.
Lead interactive professional development workshops when needed.
Research and demonstrate instructional strategies.
Foster a culture of active participation and vibrant open discussions.
Ensure all educator development is completed successfully.
Provide report documentation as required.
Communicate actively with directors regarding activities.
