Job summary

FARE’s Health and Education department seeks an Education & Support Program Manager to oversee day-to-day activities across Recognized Support Groups, Community Outreach Awards, Teen Advisory Group, and CDC/AAP-funded projects, and to manage volunteers for community initiatives.

The role collaborates with the Medical Director/VP Health and Education on projects, supports administrative tasks like meeting agendas, minutes and presentations, and operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of FARE’s Recognized Support Groups
• Oversee Community Outreach Awards
• Oversee Teen Advisory Group
• Oversee CDC-funded Food Allergy AWARE project
• Oversee AAP-funded Food Allergy Management in Schools
• Oversee FARE education scholarships and grants
• Oversee Monthly Webinars Program
• Oversee FARE Education and Food Allergy Academy Inbox
• Provide Administrative support on external Advisory Councils
• Oversee Young Adult Food Allergy Social Club
• Oversee FARE’s Food Allergy Academy and learning management system
• Work closely with FARE’s Medical Director/VP Health and Education on CDC- and AAP-funded projects
• Support administrative tasks such as creating meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and meeting presentations
• Maintain and support cross-team collaboration within Education and Community Engagement
