Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, education, social sciences, or related field.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Experience managing educational programs and curricula development.
• Experience with virtual platforms and education delivery technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall administrative leadership and strategic oversight for ReACH education initiatives.
• Manages program staff and supervises coordinators across education initiatives.
• Oversees planning, implementation, and evaluation of education programs and grants.
• Monitors budgets and supports fiscal reporting and contract deliverables.
• Coordinates onboarding and ongoing trainings for educators and consultants.
