Job summary

Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to manage day-to-day discovery tasks across multiple projects. You will handle collection, processing, and production of ESI while collaborating with case teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role is hybrid from multiple offices (including Florida locations) and requires 5+ years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience, with proficiency in Relativity and data tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant preferred.
• Familiarity with Relativity or other eDiscovery platforms.
• Proficient in using Notepad++ and Microsoft Excel, with data-management focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organization, maintenance, and quality control of discovery data and case records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and apply best practices for discovery materials.
• Act as internal litigation support consultant to develop and support efficient discovery processes and systems.
• Utilize eDiscovery software and AI tools under guidance of senior staff.
• Develop and maintain Relativity workspaces and case databases; load and prepare data and ensure ESI readiness.
• Stay current on rapidly changing technology developments relating to litigation support.
