Job summary

Shutts & Bowen LLP seeks a Litigation Support Analyst to drive eDiscovery and litigation technology operations across offices. You will support RelativityOne workflows, prepare case materials, and assist during hearings, arbitrations, and trials.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment, and in-office presence in Orlando, Florida. Non-exempt position with opportunities to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–5 years of eDiscovery or litigation support in a law firm.
  • 2–3 years with Relativity/RelativityOne is a plus.
  • Relativity certifications are preferred.
  • Hands-on RelativityOne experience in active matters.
  • Experience with trial presentation software is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of the EDRM lifecycle including data collection and production prep.
  • Assist with RelativityOne workspace setup, data loading, and validation.
  • Maintain matter workspaces, permissions, and configurations.
  • Prepare production sets with redactions and privilege checks.
  • Set up trial exhibits and support during hearings/arbitrations/trials.
  • Provide on-site or remote trial support and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain documentation, logs, and adherence to procedures.
