Job summary

Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analyst to manage day-to-day eDiscovery tasks and oversee multiple projects across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with case teams on collection, processing, and production of electronically stored information in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience in a law firm and a strong working knowledge of Relativity, Excel, and ReadySuite.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience working in eDiscovery or litigation support within a law firm environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Relativity or other eDiscovery platforms as a power user or administrator.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ReadySuite.
• Project and case management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Relativity workspaces, including workspace creation, data ingestion and processing, permission management, and production QC/exports.
• Perform QC on incoming/outgoing deliverables and troubleshoot issues while maintaining defensible workflows.
• Maintain accurate chain of custody and ensure data security and privacy requirements.
• Support data management tasks such as deduplication, metadata validation, and handling of native/image files; coordinate with vendors for collections.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and process improvements.
