Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to manage day-to-day discovery tasks and oversee multiple projects across the eDiscovery lifecycle. The role collaborates with case teams on collection, processing, and production of ESI, requiring 5+ years of relevant experience in eDiscovery or as a litigation paralegal.
The position is hybrid andbased in Florida with flexibility to work from multiple offices, including Tampa.
The eDiscovery Analyst is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day electronic discovery (eDiscovery) project tasks while overseeing multiple projects throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle. This role will collaborate closely with case teams to manage certain aspects of the eDiscovery process, including but not limited to, collection, processing, and production of electronically stored information. Our ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience handling eDiscovery or working as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant.
The eDiscovery Analyst is an exempt position and will work hybrid from any of the following offices: Akron, Columbus or Toledo, Ohio; Sarasota, St. Petersburg or Tampa, Florida; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Charlotte, North Carolina; or Charleston, South Carolina.
