Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Promotion Specialist (Corporate) to drive end-to-end promotion execution across our ecommerce channels.

This hybrid role is based at our Legacy West Support Center in Plano, TX, collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Technology, and Customer Service teams to optimize campaigns. You will configure promotions in SFCC and related platforms, validate launches, analyze performance, and implement enhancements to improve conversion,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital merchandising, or related ecommerce functions.
• Experience working within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and other ecommerce platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational execution of assigned ecommerce promotions from intake through launch validation and post-campaign review.
• Review promotional requirements and determine appropriate setup strategies, ensuring business rules, timing, eligibility criteria, and customer experience standards are met.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize promotions within Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related ecommerce platforms.
• Establish execution priorities based on business impact, launch deadlines, dependencies, customer considerations, and operational risk.
• Communicate launch readiness, risks, corrective actions, and key decisions to stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead quality assurance testing and launch validation across web, mobile, and app channels to ensure promotion accuracy and functionality.
