Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Merchandiser for the HBCO eCommerce project, headquartered in Plano. You will own strategy and execution for growth across desktop, mobile, and app launches in Fall 2026, partnering with multiple departments to drive assortment, conversion, promotions, and profitability analytics.

The role focuses on leveraging customer data to enhance the shopping journey, increase traffic and sales, and improve customer satisfaction. Reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of ecommerce experience with a multi-channel retailer.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate merchandising and marketing into a cohesive online experience across pages and navigation.
• Ensure product data quality with complete attributes, keywords, and SEO support.
• Present performance insights in leadership meetings and adjust online strategies accordingly.
• Coach junior site merchandisers on category strategy and content optimization.
• Oversee content proofing and marketing campaigns to optimize customer journeys and conversions.
• Assist in promotions planning and execution for online visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, and P&A.
