Job summary

Sally Beauty is launching HBCo eCommerce in Fall 2026 from the Legacy Support Center in Plano, TX. The Senior Site Merchandiser will own the end-to-end online merchandising strategy, drive assortment, and partner across departments to improve conversion and profitability.

Responsibilities include translating in-store merchandising to the online experience, ensuring complete SKU setup, analyzing performance, and mentoring a Site Merchandiser while coordinating promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years related ecommerce experience with a multi-channel retailer.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-centric orientation; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate in-store merchandising to the online experience, defining merchandising strategy across home page, category, and brand pages.
• Set up SKUs with complete online attributes, naming conventions, and SEO supports.
• Recap performance and present findings; propose online strategies based on analytics.
• Mentor a Site Merchandiser on category strategy and page visual display.
• Approve site content and marketing campaigns to optimize customer journey and conversion.
• Execute online promotions and assist in planning promotional events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
