Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a senior merchandising leader at our Legacy West Plano, TX support center. This hybrid role guides merchant teams, shapes category strategy, and partners across Planning, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Stores to optimize sales, margins, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in merchandising or related retail environment.
• Strong ability to set assortment strategy across a broad scope with accountability for sales and margin.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership to merchant teams across category strategies and financial goals.
• Set strategic direction for customer-focused assortment and category plans.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Planning & Allocation, Marketing, Ecommerce, Store Operations, and Vendors.
• Own business performance metrics including sales, margin, inventory, and open-to-buy.
• Identify trends and growth opportunities to strengthen Sally’s assortment relevance.
