Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Sr. Manager, CRM & Customer Engagement Strategy to lead CRM programs across email, SMS, app push notifications, direct mail, and emerging channels.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing & Engagement, you will translate customer insights into lifecycle journeys, drive loyalty initiatives, optimize campaigns, and lead a team of CRM specialists. This hybrid role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CRM, customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related disciplines.
• Experience in retail/eCommerce or multi-channel consumer businesses.
• Proven ability to develop CRM strategies and lead cross-channel execution.
• Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and marketing automation.
• Experience collaborating with IT, Digital Product, and Marketing Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead CRM channel strategies across email, SMS, app push, direct mail, and emerging channels.
• Partner to evolve the CRM roadmap, loyalty integration, and marketing technology enhancements.
• Manage and coach a team of CRM Specialists for campaign planning and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM with enterprise priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign operations and post-campaign analysis.
• Translate loyalty programs and promotions into customer-centric communications.
