Job summary

BDA, LLC is seeking a Program Sales Manager to lead online sales initiatives and optimize merchandising, inventory, and marketing strategies. This role blends strategy with hands-on management of promotional campaigns and client engagement in a hybrid onsite setting in the Atlanta area.

The ideal candidate will have ecommerce sales management experience, strong analytics, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, inventory, and operations to grow revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ecommerce sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact on assigned accounts with deep understanding of client business and industry.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to hit revenue targets and cross-sell initiatives.
• Drive merchandise assortment strategy aligned with market trends and client objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing to create online campaigns that boost traffic and conversions.
• Analyze sales performance and campaign effectiveness to identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor inventory, initial buys, re-buys, and liquidation of discontinued stock.
• Lead and mentor program sales coordinators to meet departmental goals.
