Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
• 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, marketing operations, campaign management, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain paid media campaign calendars aligned with business priorities, launches, and initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional media planning across paid media and other channels for cohesive messaging.
• Support paid media creative briefing, including objectives, targeting, messaging, and goals.
• Assist with influencer/creator partnerships vetting to match objectives and brand standards.
• Review assets for brand compliance and campaign requirements.
• Coordinate campaign trafficking readiness and launch processes with tracking and assets.
• Lead go-live QA to identify and resolve issues before launches.
• Facilitate communication among internal teams and agency partners throughout lifecycles.
• Provide generalist support across ecommerce digital marketing channels as needed.
• Assist with deployment, QA, and monitoring of campaigns across channels.
