Job summary

The North Carolina Education Lottery is hiring an eCommerce Measurement Specialist in Raleigh, NC. You will decode user behavior, refine digital experiences, and guide strategy with insights from GA4, SAS, and eCommerce KPIs to improve conversion and ROI.

This hybrid role supports a data-driven culture in a Friendly, award-winning workplace. Responsibilities include setting up tracking, analyzing clickstream data, and translating findings into practical recommendations for the UX and marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in eCommerce, Business, IT, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Strong background in statistics and data interpretation or web/mobile analytics.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, SAS, and eCommerce platforms.
• Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
• Ability to create dashboards and monthly reports for stakeholders.
• Experience with project workflow tools (Smartsheet, Airtable, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain eCommerce tracking tools for accurate clickstream data.
• Tag, track, and analyze eCommerce data to improve conversion and ROI.
• Track KPIs like AOV, COA, CLV, CAR using GA4 and SAS.
• Implement A/B testing and interpret data to improve UX and flows.
• Analyze user behavior to identify pain points and optimize UX.
• Report on KPIs to evaluate promotions and site performance.
• Translate data into actionable eCommerce insights for UX teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve processes.
