Job summary

The Freeman Company (TFC Brands) is seeking an entrepreneurial Business/Product Analyst to drive requirements for our Commerce initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

You’ll leverage SAP and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, perform data analysis on product usage and financials, and help optimize ecommerce KPIs while operating in a hybrid environment that

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business or Product Analyst for enterprise-scale digital programs.
• Experience with enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with product tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Understanding of ecommerce KPIs and funnel metrics (conversion, AOV, attach rate).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business or related field; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for complex growth initiatives.
• Create detailed processes, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Use Salesforce Commerce Cloud to support product configuration and workflows.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and measure feature outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
