Job summary

The Freeman Company in Chicago, IL is seeking a Business/Product Analyst to drive enterprise-scale digital initiatives across agile teams. You will gather requirements, document user stories, and analyze product usage to shape Commerce solutions.

You will work hybrid 2-3 days in-office or show site, collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, and leverage Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP, and analytics tools. A bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is a plus; 3–5 years’ experience.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience as a Business or Product Analyst for enterprise scale digital programs.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce Commerce Cloud in an enterprise environment.
Experience with product tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Understanding of ecommerce KPIs and funnel metrics (conversion, AOV, attach rate).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business or related field; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead business requirement gathering and documentation for complex, high-visibility growth initiatives.
Create detailed process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Use Salesforce Commerce Cloud to support product configuration and workflows.
Perform data analysis on product usage and financial data to guide decisions.
Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
Create web analytics tagging requirements and data visualizations.
Provide clear communication to align team members and leadership with the Commerce vision.
Independently remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies.
Participate in QA and UAT to ensure quality at launch.
Apply agile and scrum practices throughout delivery.
