Insight Global is seeking an Early Careers Coordinator to support campus recruiting and talent programs. The role focuses on high-volume interview scheduling, candidate communication, events, and hiring logistics to ensure a smooth process and positive candidate experience.

The position requires 2+ years in recruiting coordination, campus coordination experience, and proficiency with Handshake and Workday. Hybrid schedule with office days in Chicago and Irving.

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
• 1+ year of campus coordinating experience
• Experience with Handshake
• Familiar with Workday
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with Outlook
• Must be able to pivot quickly and work in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews for interns, analysts, fellows, and early-career hires.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and building access.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to support recruiting activities.
• Post and maintain job openings in recruiting systems.
• Coordinate career fairs, campus events, recruiting programs, and interview days.
• Maintain candidate data and track recruiting activity using ATS systems and Excel.
• Communicate updates, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support recruiting operations as needed.
