Gundersen Health System, through Emplify Health, seeks a full-time EAP Consultant to provide assessment, crisis intervention, referral, and short-term counseling to clients using EAP services. You will direct all EAP services for assigned contracts and develop EAP training for employees and managers.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field, 2 years of mental health counseling experience, and Wisconsin licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) with Iowa/Minnesota licensure within 90 days of

• Masters degree in Social Work or related field required.
• 2 years experience in mental health counseling, human services, or social work in hospital/clinic setting.
• Wisconsin licensure in LPC/LCSW/LMFT required.
• Iowa and Minnesota licensure required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessment, crisis intervention, referral, and short-term counseling to EAP clients.
• Direct all EAP services for assigned contracts and populations.
• Develop and deliver EAP training and education to employees and managers.
• Collaborate with tri-state area businesses holding EAP contracts.
