Emplify Health is hiring for a full-time EAP Consultant.

The EAP Consultant provides assessment, crisis intervention, referral, and short-term counseling services to clients utilizing EAP for a variety of personal, family and work-related concerns in addition to directs all EAP services for assigned contracts, develops and provides EAP training and education to employees and managers of Emplify Health as well as tri-state area businesses holding EAP contracts.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work or related field required.
• Two years of mental health counseling experience in hospital/clinic.
• Wisconsin licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) required within 90 days of hire.
• Iowa or Minnesota licensure within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, crisis intervention, referral and short-term counseling for clients using EAP.
• Direct all EAP services for assigned contracts and manage care coordination.
• Develop and deliver EAP training and education to employees and managers.
• Support tri-state area businesses holding EAP contracts.

Education

Masters degree in Social Work or related field

Licensure in one of: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (WI)

Licensure in IA/MN within 90 days

Emplify Health is hiring for a full-time EAP Consultant. The EAP Consultant provides assessment, crisis intervention, referral, and short-term counseling services to clients utilizing EAP for a variety of personal, family and work-related concerns in addition to directs all EAP services for assigned contracts, develops and provides EAP training and education to employees and managers of Emplify Health as well as tri-state area businesses holding EAP contracts.

What you will work:

• FTE: 1.0 FTE (80 hours bi-weekly)
• Shift: Monday - Friday, core business hours
• Location: Hybrid model - two days remote and three days in the office in Tomah, WI .

What you need:

• Candidates must possess a Masters degree in Social Work or related field
• 2 years experience in mental health counseling, human services, or social work in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Wisconsin licensure in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Iowa and Minnesota licensure in one of the above required within 90 days of hire.
