Job summary

Standard Supply is seeking a Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our hybrid operations. The role combines road deliveries with hands-on warehouse work, requiring a year of driving experience and a high school diploma.

You will use a tablet for routes, operate a forklift or push-cart, and help prepare orders in our warehouse. We value safety, teamwork, and reliability, with a strong emphasis on physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a box truck or equivalent within the last three to five years of employment history
• A clean driving record (no major or repeated violations)
• Read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and signals, communicate with law enforcement and document reports
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and moving throughout the day
• Able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, twist, and reach in high/low spaces
• Experience handling large, bulky, or oddly shaped items
• Willingness to pass a background check, drug screening and DOT Physical Exam

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck safely and responsibly and deliver orders with professional care
• Load and unload trucks and pull/prepare orders in the warehouse
• Use a tablet for delivery routes and RF scan gun for daily tasks
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues
• Follow warehouse procedures for pickups and product handling
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely deliveries and accuracy
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations smooth
