Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to support our off-site package management for apartment buildings in Chicago. You’ll help process packages, plan routes, conduct inventory audits, and assist delivery drivers, all while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, two years of driving experience, and comfort with indoor/outdoor conditions. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• A smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via material equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of your weekly work schedule across multiple apartment communities.
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment.
• The ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts.
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities.
• The ability to lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary.
• Operate hand‑activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.
