Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to join our off-site package management team. You will support warehouse operations, assist delivery drivers, schedule routes, and perform routine fleet inspections while maintaining safe work areas.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. You will handle a mix of small and oversized parcels, lift up to 150 lbs, and navigate various weather conditions across indoor/outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Lift parcels up to 150lbs with equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of weekly schedule across multiple communities.
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using handling equipment.
• Crouch, kneel, and stand regularly during shifts.
• Move loads to and from delivery vans and throughout communities.
