Job summary

Fetch is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to support package management for apartment communities. You will process and route parcels, assist delivery drivers, and perform fleet inspections while maintaining safe workspaces.

The role requires driving responsibilities, experience handling packages, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. Indoor/outdoor duties include weather exposure and routine route deliveries.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and scanning devices.
• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Lift parcels up to 150 lbs via equipment or team lift.
• Deliver routes up to 60% of weekly schedule across multiple communities.
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using equipment.
• Move loads to and from delivery vans and communities.
