Job summary

Standard Supply is hiring a Driver & Warehouse Associate in Phoenix to keep deliveries moving and warehouse operations running smoothly. This hybrid role combines on-road duties with hands-on tasks in our warehouse, requiring reliability, attention to safety, and the ability to work well with a team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of verifiable box-truck driving experience, a clean driving record, and the stamina to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a box truck or equivalent within the last 3–5 years
• Read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate as required by regulations
• Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck safely and responsibly with at least 1 year of experience
• Deliver orders with professionalism and care, including customer signature
• Load and unload trucks and pull/prepare orders in the warehouse
• Use RF scan gun technology to perform daily tasks and follow warehouse procedures
