Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to join our team in Addison, TX. You will help maintain a safe workspace, process packages, plan driver routes, and support delivery drops at local communities while coordinating with drivers.

The role emphasizes physical work, team lifting, and use of material handling equipment, with regular routes and attention to accuracy and timeliness in deliveries.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient using smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch, load up and delivery.
• Lift parcels that weigh up to 150lbs via equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of weekly schedule across multiple communities.
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment.
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and throughout communities.
• The ability to lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary.
