Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic West Palm Beach is seeking a Donor Liaison to coordinate all aspects of patient visits across the Cleveland Clinic Health System. You will be the primary contact for patients and families, interfacing with hospital leadership to resolve concerns and ensure a seamless patient experience.

The role includes on-site and some evening rotations, with light local travel as needed. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years

Qualifications

• Seven years of exceptional customer service experience (preferably health care).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate all aspects of healthcare visits across the Cleveland Clinic Health System for designated patients and families.
• Serve as primary contact between patients, families and hospital leadership to address concerns.
• Coordinate hospital visits, direct admissions, transfers and Emergency Department visits.
• Maintain positive relationships with physicians and Cleveland Clinic staff at all levels.
