Job summary

ASU Foundation for a New American University is seeking a Gift Processing Specialist to ensure accurate processing of gifts and pledges, maintain donor data integrity, and provide reliable customer service. The role supports the team’s goal of timely and accurate processing of all gifts and pledge payments.

The position emphasizes data accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with Finance Cash Office. A bachelor’s degree and experience with donor databases are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Bookkeeping experience desired to meet efficiencies, timeliness and accuracy.
• Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint and Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, creates, and updates individual and corporate demographic information from gift source documents.
• Processes and records gifts daily, including online gifts, EFTs, third-party platforms, Gifts-In-Kind, and donor-advised funds in donor database software.
• Uploads or scans supporting documentation into Salesforce.
