Job summary

Confluence Theater of Pittsburgh is seeking a service-oriented Donor, Audience & Board Concierge to join our Advancement and Revenue team. You will be the primary contact for donors, subscribers, Board members, coordinating benefits, responding to needs, and supporting engagement and retention.

This hybrid role requires a passion for the performing arts, strong relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple tasks such as ticket requests, event support, and on-site hospitality during

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years in nonprofit, development, donor relations or related environment.
• Experience with donor benefits, events or related activities preferred.
• Experience with Tessitura, Prospect2 or similar CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for donors, subscribers, and Board members with timely, personalized service.
• Coordinate donor benefits, including tickets, invitations, & sponsorships.
• Support donor recognition, lounges, events, and openings.
• Assist with board meetings, catering, materials, and on-site hosting.
• Collaborate with Events and Marketing on sponsorships and signage.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and moves management in the CRM.
