Job summary

CUBRC, Inc. in Buffalo, NY seeks a Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator to manage cradle-to-grave contracts and subcontracts under the Contracts Manager. You will handle solicitations, proposals, and various agreements, ensuring compliance with CPSR and ISO requirements.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and DoD contract experience, with exposure to FARS/DFARS. Hybrid work in Buffalo and collaboration with multiple teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with federal contracts/subcontracts and/or federal grants/subawards.
• Working knowledge of FARS, DFARS, and other agency acquisition regulations.
• Hands-on experience administering DoD and/or other federal contracts, subcontracts, grants, subawards, and other types of agreements.
• Solicitation/RFP/proposal experience including review, submission and negotiations.
• Contract administration problem-solving experience and deliverables tracking.

Responsibilities

• Cradle-to-grave contracts and subcontracts administration.
• Cradle-to-grave review/administration of solicitations, RFPs, and proposal package submissions.
• Maintain contract/subcontract documentation per ISO and CPSR requirements.
• Maintain contracts/subcontracts database and support audits.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Contracts Manager.
