Qualifications

• Experience with electronic content management systems or records-management concepts.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience guiding and training staff on imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Processing, scanning, indexing, and electronically imaging documents
• Reviewing imaged documents for accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinating daily workflows to ensure efficient imaging and records processing
• Providing lead-level technical guidance to staff in imaging procedures
• Training staff in imaging systems and procedures
• Identifying and resolving imaging or workflow issues
• Maintaining integrity and confidentiality of electronic records
• Maintaining consistent procedures and quality-control practices
