Qualifications

• Experience with electronic content management systems.
• Familiarity with records management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Process, scan, index, and image documents.
• Review imaged documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate daily workflows to ensure timely imaging and records processing.
• Provide lead-level technical guidance and direction to staff.
• Train staff in imaging procedures, systems, equipment, and processes.
• Identify and resolve technical or workflow issues affecting accuracy.
• Maintain the integrity, accessibility, and confidentiality of records.
• Assist with implementing consistent procedures and quality-control practices.
