Job summary

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is seeking a Document Compliance Coordinator to navigate federal, institutional and organizational requirements. You will develop, document and evaluate comprehensive procedures, documents and safety plans for the SBK facility under the Strategic Deterrence Directorate.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with remote work options after a probationary period; exact in-office days vary by team needs.

Qualifications

• Active DOE Q-level or Top Secret clearance at hire time.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, English or related field.
• Advanced writing and editing skills for professional docs.
• Experience interpreting and analyzing complex regulations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with project methods.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word and familiar with Excel and EDMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement documentation processes across the facility.
• Evaluate complex procedures and resolve gaps in compliance.
• Serve as SME on technical document control and data interpretation.
• Lead review, revision, and release of procedures via change control.
• Monitor document tracking and revision control using EL M-U/Windchill.
• Generate performance metrics and provide reports to leadership.
• Drive process improvement initiatives impacting major mission areas.
• Coordinate complex projects and represent the facility in initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
