Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field plus related experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project-management concepts, practices, and tools.
• Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project-management activities for milestone-driven technical projects.
• Advise and support leadership in team organization, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Gather and synthesize technical information for reports, proposals, and sponsor communications.
• Coordinate communications among teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Identify improvements to project-management principles, tools, and processes.
• Coordinate documentation and funding information for contracts and collaborations.
• Develop and maintain project-management frameworks, tools, and performance monitoring.
• Organize meetings with agendas, decisions, and action items.
• Collaborate with other national labs and partner organizations on multi-lab projects.
