Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Analyst for Doctor Compensation to join the Payroll team within Finance. The role focuses on monthly calculations, reporting, and reconciliation of physician compensation across a growing network of providers in multiple states.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in financial analysis, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to communicate across departments. This hybrid role is based in St. Louis, with some remote options for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of financial analysis experience; physician/doctor compensation experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to resolve variances in large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate compensation calculations, reports, and payment schedules for individual providers.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of compensation payments to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of compensation methodologies, calculations and compliance reviews.
• Review doctor compensation contracts to adjust calculations as necessary.
• Assist with budget forecasting related to doctor compensation.
• Support in maintaining and optimizing compensation tracking and reporting systems.
• Respond to inquiries regarding individual pay calculations and accruals for audits.
