Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute validation of data accuracy, testing, and integrity across systems with subject matter expert.
  • Oversee the creation of specs to ensure completeness.
  • Coordinate pilot programs and collaborative efforts between DMS and dealers.
  • Lead and manage timelines for IT vendors and dealer pilot implementations.
  • Oversee and lead development timelines and ensure milestone adherence.
  • Collaborate with IT to align CNH API integration timelines.
  • Define and scope technical requirements with IT.
  • Coordinate the certification process for DMS integrations.
  • Support resolution of issues reported by dealers and DMS partners, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support integration request process
  • Coordinate activities with the Business Operations Dealer Help Desk, technical teams and third parties to stay aligned on initiatives.

Job Purpose

The North America Systems Integration Analyst is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of Dealer Management System (DMS) and API integration initiatives across the North American dealer network. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and dealers to ensure successful system integrations, data integrity, vendor collaboration, and alignment with strategic business objectives. The position drives implementation timelines, pilot programs, certification processes, and issue resolution activities while ensuring seamless connectivity between CNH systems and external partner platforms. This position is a hybrid opportunity based out of Racine, WI, that requires someone to be onsite three (3) days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of experience managing projects and / or vendor relationships
  • Day to day working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Fundamental knowledge of APIs
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines, pilot programs, and vendor relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $63,750.00 - $97,750.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
